Want to know what it’s like to be, well, punched at without stepping into a dojo?

As a martial arts junkie (taekwondo, karate, and ninjutsu), I appreciate how POV footage can aptly capture the intensity and sounds of sparring. It adds a shaky realism to the film that, say, wide shots couldn’t muster.

Therefore, to complement “My Video Project,” I give you:
